Return Policy
Purchases fulfilled by Gloweecoel follow the withdrawal and complaint rules applicable to distance contracts in Norway and the European Economic Area when consumers are involved. Business purchasers may receive different contractual terms on invoices when clearly stated.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have fourteen days after receiving physical goods to notify us about a return when the purchase qualifies as a distance sale. Customized items that were clearly produced on request may be excluded where the law allows once production has begun with consent.
Condition of returned goods
Items should be sent back with reasonable protection during shipping. Goods that show extensive wear beyond what is needed to inspect them may affect the refundable amount according to statutory frameworks.
Digital goods
Downloadable worksheets or audio not delivered on a physical medium may lose withdrawal rights once delivery has started with prior express consent and acknowledgment that rights could end—only when such rules apply to the specific product.
Shipping costs for returns
Unless stated otherwise on your receipt, you may need to carry direct return postage costs when exercising the statutory withdrawal right for goods that arrived as ordered.
Faulty items
If an item arrives damaged or deviates materially from the described specification, please photograph the packaging and product, then contact us promptly. We will outline repair, replacement, or price reduction paths available under consumer sales law.

Refunds
Approved refunds use the same payment channel when technically possible. Banks may take several business days to display the credit after we issue it.
